Leveled Up Properties is a growing rental company based in Southwest Missouri. Right now, we manage apartments and a weekly rental — and we’re working hard to grow while keeping things simple and fair.

We’re not perfect, but we do our best to respond quickly, keep our properties clean and functional, and treat people with respect. Whether you’re staying short-term or long-term, we want you to feel like you’re being taken care of — not ignored.
