Cleaning Crew Member

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Crew Member to join our real estate team part time. Your main job will be to help prepare rental units after move-outs by ensuring they’re clean, safe, and ready for new tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Clean out units after tenants move out

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas

• Remove leftover items, trash, and debris

• Wipe down surfaces, appliances, and fixtures

• Bag and haul off trash to the dumpster or designated location

• Report any damage or issues needing repair

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to lift and move light to moderate items

• Dependable transportation

• Experience preferred but not required
